Don asked me to forward the invitation to Wil Sargeant. Will is Aunt Jo’s grandson by Dorothy. They grew up in Maine near us in New Hampshire. Josephine was the oldest daughter of Nels & Ida. Josephine & Wil lived in Connecticut when I was growing up. Their adopted daughter Dorothy married Lorimer Sargeant. Dorothy & Lorimer had 3 children: William, Robert & Lucy Grace. Dorothy is still alive in Maine living with Lucy and her husband Jonathan. It would be a pleasure to have Wil attend this summer!
I was a student of Dorothy Sargeant in Winthrop, MA in the 1960’s, and she was the single most important, most wonderful, most influential teacher I have ever had. She was very important to me. If you have a means of passing that information on to her, please do. Even better, if there is some way that you could give me information on how I might contact her, I would very much appreciate it.
